By using Q4 Host services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("TOS"), our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
Services are provided on a pre-paid basis for the duration specified (e.g., Monthly, Annually). Accounts will be automatically billed at the end of the term unless cancellation is requested. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for abuse or non-payment.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend any account found to be in violation of this AUP without refund.
Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups of their data. While Q4 Host may offer backup services as a courtesy, we are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or unavailability. Clients should maintain local copies of all hosted data.
Q4 Host guarantees 99.9% network uptime. If service availability falls below this level, clients may be eligible for a credit as defined in our Service Level Agreement (SLA). Q4 Host will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, profits, or data, due to service interruption or termination.
